Samples, samples, samples
I spent my evening last night nerding out on all the lovely samples I'm ordering this month. Samples of papers, photos, packaging, etc. My mind has been swimming with thoughts of color options, paper stocks, photo boxes ever since. I'm excited to put some things together and maybe update my site a bit more! Ta ta for now!

A Sunday Kind of Love
I feel rainy Sundays are the perfect day to lounge, catch up on some cleaning and do some laundry. Mr. Garbagio expressed his agreement in my Sunday plan by lounging IN the laundry for most the day.

The Dog Days of Winter
Mr. Garbagio |
Michelle and Tuli |
Running puppies |
We were supposed to have rain all afternoon and evening today. Luckily we only had blue skies, puffy clouds and lots of sunshine making it a perfect day to take the dogs out. My friend, Michelle, her dog, Tuli, my puppy, Mr. Garbagio and I took a walk to Capitol Park. It was so nice out for the end of January. We couldn't have asked for a better puppy play date.

Let Daily Blogging Commence
Today I decided to start making more of an effort to actually write on my blog. I tend to post a few pictures with the intent of writing captions later only to realize a month down the road I've got a bunch of captionless photos. So here goes. Day one of captions at the time of photo posting.
This morning I got to work knowing I had some Peet's Uzuri left in the bag. I even brought a little bit of sugar to enjoy. I got everything ready to go, opened the cabinet for a filter and....nothing. No filters. All gone. Instead of sulking and running across the street like I wanted to I grabbed a paper towel, filled it with grounds and poured my hot water over top. Voila! Coffee.

The Brothers Comatose and Hot Buttered Rum
I met The Brothers Comatose on a camping trip earlier in the year so I was excited to see them playing in Sacramento. Both them and Hot Buttered Rum are San Francisco natives and both are working on new albums. Hot Buttered Rum has been around over 7 years so it definitely an honor to be able to photograph a band with such a strong following. The crowd loved both bands and never stopped dancing.
